Hero image
This goes at the top of your individual page. And sort of gives a cool leading picture of your project. It shouldn’t have text, because text will be in top of it in WordPress.
This needs to be about 2000px wide by 1000px tall. And it should have a space in the bottom left or right that’s largely empty, since text will go over it. The text can change color though, so it doesn’t have to be light colored.

Individual images
If you want things to be wide or full width on the page, they should be at least 1600px wide. You don’t need anything over 3000px wide.
If they’re square, vertical, or you just don’t need them to be wide, about 1000px wide is good.
If there’s an image (the hero image or another one) that you want to be your image on the home page, just let me know somewhere.
Videos and other embeds
Vimeo was YouTube embed easily. So these are best if you just include that link.
You could send an mp4 or something. But that file just may be huge and you may be better off just uploading to Vimeo or YouTube and sending that.
Text etc.
Include any text and indicate what images it goes with if that applies. I can probably figure out most of it, but it’s nice to not have to guess.
Again, Léa did hers a bit like this already. So, it’s a good example if you look at the Video Link & Text for Website document she put up there.
Include your portfolio link if you have one. And you should want that linked!
